Pet Policy

The Abbey at Lake Wyndemere is a pet friendly community. We allow two pets per home providing the following criteria are met. Pets are accepted with management approval - breed & weight restrictions apply. A pet agreement must be filled out and signed for each pet. All rules must be followed. A $200.00 Pet Deposit if under 40lbs and a $200.00 Pet Deposit if over 40lbs, plus a $250.00 non-refundable Pet Fee if under 40lbs and a $250.00 non-refundable Pet Fee if over 40lbs.
