Acquisitions We are interested in properties which are candidates for repositionings as well as new “Class A” developments and land to be developed for multifamily use. We prefer the property to have a minimum of 200 units. At this time, we are focusing our efforts in the Southeast and Southwest United States. We are also purchasing land in upscale neighborhoods that are capable of supporting newly constructed communities from 200 – 500 units.
